HEY i know its been a really long time since i posted? HAHAHH. Really sorrrry :X I have been uhmm.. too busy playing facebook games :XWednesday ; Coach William. IT WAS @ 8AM IN THE MORNING. So coach was late, Hahhah. Okay so we did our usual warm up - the five rounds thingy. :) Really tired after that ._. UNFIT! :( Then we did our mini tennis; after one week of no tennis i couldn't hit the ball properly & my racket felt too heavy :/ But later on i did pretty okay :] So.. *recalling what happened* Oh we did some drills like rallying, down & cross the usual.. NO WAIT THAT WAS COACH TUMAW'S TRAINING. Oh nooo -rewinds- We only did down the line rally :) After that....... coach was talking about some hit the ball on the rise; there are 3 ways. one: deep balls. two: second serve. three: approach shot. Firstly, we had to hit deep balls without moving behind the baseline. And uhm 10 rallys - one set. I think we had to get as many sets as possible until coach says stop :) Me & nicole partnered and got 20 sets! :D Then we swapped partners, i partnered Kelly, Claudia partnered Nicole, (Ellie & Francesca didn't swap). Me & Kelly got 12sets :) At first coach said 10 sets. And we had 9, trying to get one more. But we were laughing so much we couldn't get the set! HAHAHAH. We got it in the end LOL. Next, we did the second serve thing, and uhm i partnered Kelly :) So basically we had to see who reached 10 points first and switch sides. I was the server first, won 10-2. Next Kelly was the server, i lost 4-10 :X (cause i practically hit everything out). I was server again & won 10-3. Kelly was server, i lost 6-10? I think.. ._. By then everyone was about to finish.. And coach was like: go and play one more set! *huhhssss* :( Still we played, but cause running out of time, we stopped at a score of 5-2 me being five :P teehee. I think there was nothing else, we were all guessing what time it was and coach was the closest -__- 10.45AM. Hahah. Everyone -yays- but we had physical. :( Had to run around the track 6 rounds. Be back by 13mins. :X Honestly it's simple, but i guess cause everyone was so tired after training, so WE ALL RAN SLOWLY. I had stitch :X so my timing was like 11mins. Gaaaahh unfit ttm. :/ When everything ended, coach bought us milo each, well we bought them ourselves, he gave us the $1 coins :) and the end! Thursday ; Coach Tumaw HE WAS EARRLLYYYY. :) Hmm it rained earlier, hence when at school the tennis courts were still wetttt! :( Yeah, so we went to the general office to collect the keys to the PE room to get the rollers. And then we started rolling. *roll roll roll* :) -STOP!- HAHA okay maybe not that drama laaahh coach just told us we could stop. And you know what? We ran 6 rounds around the track again cause coach says we could let the court dry while we run. What an awesome idea. LOL. After running we were kinda exhausted :/ But we still had energy to plaay :) Yay. Okay then we did some cross & down the line rallys, i partnered Natalie :D And we got one set after a really long time! Hhhahah. :P I had fun. Uhhhm later we practised doubles layout! The volleyer move up down up down. Watch the opponent volleyer :) etc etc. Then later me & Natalie VSed Bernadine & Dana. And we won 3-1 ~ :-) HHAHAHA. YOU KNOW WHEN DANA HIT THE BALL AND IT TOUCH THE NET AND LANDED AT OUR COURT, SHE WAS LIKE CHEERING WOOOHOOOO. I mean who cheers woohoo at this such unfairness thingy? Lol. :P Oh well thats okay she doesnt know ._. Then me & Nat started cheering at them missing the ball :X teehee it was so funny. And the last part, coach said that if we did not manage to pick up all the balls before the count of 10, then we'd have to do physical training :O So everyone was like AAAAHHHHHH -running madly- then I accidentally dropped a ball ._. and then coach said 10TEN before i picked up the ball. So yeah PHYSICALLLL. :O And we started bargaining with coach what physical we should do.. then he was like: "You know, i thought maybe let you guys be excused from physical today but then..." Everyone else: "AHH NO NO THANK YOU COACH HAPPY NEW YEAR BYEBYE." :D haha! So cute. :) Okay the end i finally posted something! :X Labels: last trainings Thursday, December 16, 2010

Hey guys! Im like back from tacklecamp! :) Gosh i am already missing it. Wished that it lasted longer.. Oh well this post shall be spread over a few days so i can post everything that happened in tacklecamp from day 1 to day 4 :) So, here goes..Day 1 I had training & competition hence i missed out on the first part of tacklecamp! :( And guess what, competition got postponed to the next day and i had to miss part of church camp activities.. Well so the first day, i arrived @ like 6PM ++? Yup went to bunk, cause it was uh resting & showering time :) So glad i showered already hahaha. So after that we had dinner, then opening worship! The worship was led by Jonas. Then the sermon was led by Mr. Alvin Chan, a youth pastor of Wesley Methodist Church. :) Gosh i loved his sermon! It was sooo meaningful - we learned that God loves us & we need to rely on him for God has all solutions and we must accept that. The verses that were mentioned in the sermon are: - Jeremiah 17:9 - Psalm 51:5,7,10,11 - Nehemiah 1:1-4, 2:1 - John 21:15-17 - Ephesians 3:17b-19 - Romans 5:6-8, 6:6 So after the really great sermon, we had group time! :) Whoopss. Forgot to mention my awesome group members :X Group leaders: Jeremy, Krystal. Members: Heidi, Matthew, Joseph, Cassandra, Ashley & ME. :) For group time, we shared about what struck us the most during the sermon, & at first i was kinda shy cause its the first time i spent time with my group members so im a little new to them but it went out well :) Then, gdnights :D Day 2 Group breakfast! :) Yayyyeeee oh mans i should probably tell you HOW I WOKE UP >:( Jacelyn shook the bed! When she was trying to wake up @ 6AM hahahaha. :P Then yeah, i woke up cause i was sleeping at the lower bunk and uh shake shake shake i wake up :) So then we woke everyone else up yay! And guess what, i knocked my head! :( Like *bonk* *ows* :( Well after all the head hurt thing, we had breakfast. I think i mentioned that in front :X Later on we had our quiet time and did our devotion. After that, it was worship & announcements for where to go for our chosen workshops. But I think they weren't ready so we played some riddles. And well every group had to send a member up on stage - we send Heidi! :D Teeheee. So for the people on stage, if the answer the riddle correctly, the can go off stage. If not.. they had to do forfeit! :P Eventually Heidi managed to answer a question, & got off stage :) yay. Then there were 4 people on the stage left and they had to do a forfeit! They danced GEE hahahahah! :P Later on we had our workshops, but I left like 10mins after it started ._. LOL. Had competition, yeah doubles. Lost.. like 2-6 2-6. Gaaahh. Could've won you know? ;( Ah nevermindsss. So i returned to camp :) & uhm bathed @ salvation army then went to join my group :) The games were like finishing already.. But oh well joined in for a while. Then everyone went to bathe! HAHAHA. I was so glad i bathed abready :] teeheee. Had dinner, then worship again :) Okay sorry i totally dragged it really long.. Hey! Haven't been blogging for a reallllyyy long time. Now's the Dec Spex tourny ;)Gaahhh guess what, the draw is so un awesome that I coincidentally met Qiu jia on the first round. >:( Lost to her.. 2-6 0-6. Pssssh so upset cause I didn't play well that day! Anyway, doubles was so hilarious. Quite sad tooo.. Cause uhh there were 6 pairs only this december, and me & Rachel got a bye :) Then we're suppose to play against Becky & Hil today.. But Becky has camp! :( And it was a walkover. Gosh and we're in the finals. It feels so horrible cause we didn't earn our place in the finals.. But anyway, I shall look on the bright side of life! :) So yup gonna play on monday! @ 3.30PM but I have church camp so I gotta like go camp then go competition >.< Anyway its gonna be so cooool :D Ohh! Helloo! Gahhh didn't post about yesterday, yesterday :( Should have, it was awesome! Had training @ like 8AM in the morning. Was almost late cause i was slow :X But oh well i made it in time. And coach was late! teehee :) So coach at about 8.12AM. :P Okay so we did our usual running around the 2 courts (but Mildred skipped one sprinting so everyone followed ><)ANYWAY! We did some rallys and stuff :) volleys, yuppp. Oh then the long rally, me & Mildred partnered, and we kinda were the last one to get 1 set of 30 :( Cause we both hit so deep that we couldn't return each others' shots so yup :/ But we persevered and did it! ;) After that we played doubles match. Me + Mildred VS Berny + Nat. Coach wanted us to win them 6-0. So he said that for every game that we lost we would have to uhh run one round around the track :O In the end we won 6-3. 3 ROUNDSSSS. But guess whattttt, he kinda forgot about it after that? I'm not sure. Then we went on to pt. We just needed to sprint around 2 tennis courts and be back at the starting point by under 20secs! Wasn't as hard as it sounded. :) Everyone made it on the first try hahaha. Congrats :) Then we went offff. Oh yeah me, Ellie & Francesca pushed back the trolley of tennis balls while everyone went back! >:( So yeah coach kinda punished them LOL. After that we went to KAP macs :) Bernadine, Mildred, Francesca, Ellie and ME :) Oh me and berny bought the macdonald's toy! :D The one to help for charity! :] Wanted to eat ice cream after we ate our burgers but we were soooo full >< Hahah so we didn't. Oh btw, saw Fu Yuan at macs with his friends. Then they dared him to come over to ask one of us for our name. Fu Yuan went to Francesca and asked for her name hahahah! XD Francesca was like so shocked :P Oh well she didn't tell him her name.. I think? But while we were walking out of macs she said he was ugly! HAHAHA. HEY. Today we had training with Coach Tumaw! Gosh it was tiring :( We did loads of stuff. Well i wrote it on my status on facebook :) hahaha. Just finished dinner :D Am gonna do my work now, but before that i'll go help my mom do something first! :) Ohhh i shall do the challenge thing before i go help my mom since im posting this soon!Day 6 - five people who mean a lot to you. OKAY FIRSTLY, EVERYONE MEANS A LOT TO ME. SECONDLY, THEY ONLY ALLOW YOU TO PUT 5 DOWN. THIRDLY, I SHOULD NOT INCLUDE MY FAMILY CAUSE ITS OBVIOUS THEY MEAN A LOT TO ME. Day 5 - six things that you wished you had never done.1. Lie. (i still do sometimes..) 2. Slack. 3. Hate people. (but now i don't think i do that anymore) 4. Manage time badly. 5. Eat chocolate before my meals. 6. Forget to pray. / Here's the other challenge. Day 2 - how you got your tumblr name. Well uh, my tumblr name is: twohandsmakeaheart :) How I got it? Honestly, I'm not quite sure.. But I think it was cause I thought that when you use your hands to form a heart, it was really pretty. Hence I kept doing it and therefore thought that would be a nice name for my tumblr! :D Hahahah but it is kinda long xD so yeahhhh. P.S. Gonna have tennis w/ Rachel today! :D Can't wait, it's @ 4PM. 1hr more :) Heheee. So yeah maybe I'll blog about it after dinner! Bbye for now. |
